At Dreamizy, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in crafting and packaging our products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns

We accept returns if:

• • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To initiate a return, email us at care@dreamizy.com with:

• • Your Order ID

• • A clear photo/video showing the issue

• • Reason for return

Note: We do not accept returns for opened art supplies (such as paints, watercolours, or any liquid materials) due to hygiene and safety reasons.
