Returns
We accept returns if:

- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Note: We do not accept returns for opened art supplies (such as paints, watercolours, or any liquid materials) due to hygiene and safety reasons.
